This article helps customers track the status of their orders from the time they place it until it arrives.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Log in to your account
Go to our website or app and log in using your registered email and password.Navigate to 'My Orders'
Find the ‘My Orders’ section in your profile dashboard.Select the order you want to track
Click on the order number or details link.View Order Status
You will see the current status, such as:Processing: Your order is being prepared.
Shipped: Your order is on its way.
Out for Delivery: The courier is delivering your order.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
Track via Courier Website (if applicable)
A tracking number and link to the courier’s website may be provided for real-time updates.
Additional Information:
You will receive email and SMS notifications for status updates.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our Product Support Team with your order number.
Orders placed during sales or promotional events may experience longer processing times.
